uhhh still trying to figure out weather my RPM guage is off, or my limiter is set low, but stock GTI, what slows you down, rev limiter, or the wind?

I seem to hit redline, but it stops at only just after 210 km/h... even though it pulls all the way to it.

a 6 speed would do.

A rough calculation based on the rest of the 6N range says 210kph needs about 138bhp (that's just based on rough drag calculated from the quoted top speed of the 1.6 8v and 1.4 16v), so you have hit the aero limit of your power.
