another courier topic

Featured Replies

Need to post an exhaust and went to the people I normally use (parcel2go) have always been good and cheap

Just got a quote of £8 which I though was reasonable so I carry on with it, only to get to the end and they add on a £11 surcharge on which is apparently to accommodate rising fuel costs :disgust:

So basically I need to find another company without this surcharge so I can send it. Anyone?

Yep I just went with interparcel, so all is sorted now!

interparcel have good support and phone support aswell, I'm rarely one to praise a company but they never fail to let me down!

And booking is so easy, its all online, click size weight, takes no more than 5minutes, its great, we should have a sticky somehwere for a list of couriers, be it just interparcel lol

id go back to them and say shut the f up about rising fuel its just come down mofos

they wanted to ADD £11 onto an £8 delivery charge?!? what the fuck? Have they just upgraded their delivery vans to run 7 litre v8s or something?

According to the reasoning behind is they've added a 3% surcharge. Fuck knows how they managed to make 3% into £11
