mk2 golf GTI - FK coilovers, coraddo dash conversion, long MOT AND TAX

Featured Replies

MK2 16v, was going to be the new daily, but had a change of plans....

basic info...

Mk2 golf GTI 16v- 1989.

130k (approx need to confirm) with the most comprehensive file of receipts I've ever seen on a mk2 – the service book was stamped yearly from new until 2000, when the car was then serviced by the owner.

11months MOT

5 months TAX

16v KR engine- recently serviced.

Diamond silver metallic.

Electric windows.

Sunroof.

Remote Central locking.

Armored door plates.

Alarm and immob- with 2 fobs & 2 keys (including the original 16v key)

teardrop wheels in black with polished centre caps.

Modifications…

FK coilovers

Coraddo dash swap

Poly bushed

goodridge braided brake lines

German Plates

Stainless exhaust system

Debadged grill

K&N panel filter

Full 90 spec bumper swap with 16v door badges.

Short shift

Colour coded mirrors and boot plinth.

Clear side repeaters, smoked front indicators

Cyrstal clear front headlights

All red crystal rear lights

Gloss black bonnet

bad bits...

the car got an advise on the last MOT for the wheel bearings, and these are due replacing

the rear panel has had the central VW badge smoothed, and this has cracked out.

around the windscreen there is a small bit of rust where the 3rd wiper hole has been smoothed.

the odd trolly ding and stone chip as usual on a car of this age.

want a quick sale so- NOW £690 with the coilovers

PICS COMING SOON

LOCATED STROUD< GLOUCESTERSHIRE
