Each style has its merits, a like rat because its more just for fun. But at the same time you can't fault the workmanship that goes into the build of your uber smoove euro cars.

As for Mike mccoys jetta as above i used to love it but seeing it from the front the wheels make it look all out of proportion and its too smooth which make it lack character imo.

Anyway the moral of the story is do what you like but mnore importantly you have to like what you do cos thats where the satisfaction lies,

No bonnet, madly detailed engine, the chrome small bumpers, badges still on, the Rallye front lookd quite busy..

and the paint looks awesome in sunlight..

wheels are 16 x 7.5 + 9.5 iirc.

exactly jim, there is nothing on that car that should make people think rat look, ok it has white walls and a roof rack but that lends its self to retro look shit loads more than to rat look.

the indicators are from the standard lupo 3l model (german market only)

I dunno about the wipers tho they look well cool and different how much and were and is there a set for the mk3 polo

They ended up costing around £100 (maybe even more) to do cause they are a complete one off. Lots of hours spent trundling around scrapyards pulling wipers off cars to see how they work
