Brought this from Lance a while ago but I've never got round to fitting it and as i'll be getting another one very shortly, i might as well sell this one.

I'm not too sure on the specs but will increase top end. I think its a PSD cam but will try and find out.

Fits G40 only.

I'm asking £60 for it + £5 postage.

If you need a pic of a camshaft, you need to get out more!

i'm 99.9% sure its a PSD item. Was told it came from there. I'm not sure on duration/spec as i haven't any paperwork for it.

hows the eaton conversion going btw?

eaton conversion is going good just waiting for a nice package to arrive :), and just gathering random bits and bobs.

ill only be running my eaton on a standard engine as i can't afford a full blown monster plus i want to get the handling sorted. But if in the future the engine does give up id like to turn it into a 1.5 :) (money permiting)

will it only fit a G40 head. what about a 1272 head, I'm using an electric pump anyhoo etc.

AFAIK, its G40 specific. It might work with your car but i'm not even 50% sure! Best to ask in tech section.

it;ll fit any 1272cc head but it wont be suitable for an NA engine if it's a G40 cam. You could do with finding out some specs for it though mate, any part codes or serial numbers on it? £80 is a lot of money to gamble on a cam that could be anything!

it will have a stamp saying pg3 or something i think mine has one dont know thw lift an duration though

i've had a looksie at the cam but cant any item numbers etc on it. It was sold to me by Lance so he might know where it came from. I was gonna use it on my G but i just haven't got round to fitting it! pics to follow..........

it all depends on what the specs of the cam are but generally speaking forced induction cams are no good in naturally aspirated engines. Quite often FI cams are milder than NA ones. Boosted engines don't like lots of overlap whereas NA ones do. But as I said, depends on the actual specs of the cam.
