How easy are these to fit?

does anyone know of a guide?

i am fairly mechnically minded, how ever i haven't done brakes before so i feel i need some guidance.

The 6N Haynes manual has got a fairly straightforward guide to changing pads and disks. The calipers are attached to the carriers by 2 bolts at the end of the sliders, and the disk is attached by one retaining screw in between 2 of the wheelbolt holes.

Take your time, use the manual, don't EVER let the caliper swing on the end of the brake pipe, and check everything 3 times, and you'll be fine.

kiln lane halfords chap haynes manual in there. not that i shop in halfords just for basics (wiper blades and such) otherwise its all from work.

If your fairly mechanically minded it shouldn't be to hard. It looks a lot more daunting than it actually is.

i work in there on sundays and tuesday evenings, get staff discount, but will still be like 15 quid haha, might just photocopy some of the pages.

I went to replace the discs on my 6n today and I couldn't see the two bolts. Where I expected to see the bolts I found what appear to be rubber covers, however they didn't apear to move easily, rather than pull them off and find that I have damaged the brakes I thought I would put a submit a post that could potentially make me look stupid. Where are the two bolts?
