Hes done it on two different accounts and given two different names so i doubt either of them are real

I went down my local police station to report this earlier today but they seemed like they didnt want to know, they took down my detials and the mans name that I had which I said was 99% fake and said they would get back to me, didnt want the bank details that I showed them or his IP address. Carnt see them doing F all about it to be honest

I've checked and the N Hewitt we are looking for does not live at the address as far as i can find out

it looks like Claire Lancashire married a Richard Truscott and stayed at the house. She is shown

current up to the 2007 Electoral Roll and is probably still there.

i have sourced a record of all the N Hewitts on register, there are 24 living in the UK

and the other name on the account given to Phil J, Christopher Topp, we have 10 living in the UK

I'm just checking if there is any similarity in both address/location

i nearly bought a gearbox off this guy.

He sent me a pm saying he had one, i replied saying kool i'll meet him the next day to collect it, then he says some one else is going to view it that night, and wanted a paypal or bank transfer that evening to secure it. I said no, as it seems a bit fishy to do that let alone with a new member! then he said he is going back to his home town with the box. so i just left it.

that could be a problem but its making other people aware just incase he comes back and I think theres quite a few people who got scammed so would be difficult to pm everyone and that

well i can only source 50% really of information we need, the rest is withheld from the data protection act

most importantly the home address of the IP address, and the address's linked from the bank accounts

it would be a matter of trial and error then from matching the addresses, be the bank accounts identity fraud ones, they would have to trace where the accounts were accessed from bank machines etc

thats up to the police to do, and no doubt they wont care

i would love to say this to them when they send me my £60 speeding fine, but dont chase up £3k+ of fraudulent money stolen

its comical, in this case, it is quite clear the police are shit, they can access all this information, so why dont they?

is it worth me calling round at the address round the corner?? just trying to help out, maybe the owners will know something if this person is using there address, i cant imagine he lives there but might help

diggers yes it is, give them a friendly call and inform them of whats going on, I'm sure the police will have visited already, maybe ask them who the previous owner was? that could be a lead i can do some digging from that?

only through ntl i imagine, if anyone has friends who work for ntl then give it a go, or nat west for that matter...

you could ask them if they know anyone or if anyone previously owned the house in any of the names mentioned above, the name that i got was Christopher Topper.

i would say ask them if their IP address is the same but it might be a bit cheeky to ask them that

There is bound to be someone on here who works for Nat West, or even the RBS its parent bank. It is illegal for employees to divulge personal info, but a point in the right direction would help. Deffo will all be false names, unless anyone sent a cheque???

My sister works in The benefit fraud Department for b,ham council. She is only allowed to look up whos living where and claims etc... if it is part of her work and has evidence, otherwise i guess she would be in alot of trouble as they monitor whos been looked at. If anyone could freely check then you could imagine all the people cheatin the system by gettin hints off employes of the council.

So surley a similar system would apply to banks.

Hope you deal with this person soon though.

I generally only buy from people i recognise from around the forum.
