 Shit, is this the guy who was selling an iphone the other day in the 'Ice for sale' section, i went on that topic if only i knew. :x fucking nob.

and i payed for it

did you pay for it aswell or no?

No luckily, i just got one on contract so it just drew my eye to the topic. Someone on it said 'it's not really ice is it' and he said

'it could be' if only i knew, Sorry to hear it mate i will definatly report anything for sale that isn't car related or that sounds suspicious on here in the future. :-( Hope you get it all sorted. I think i'm going to send cheques from now on when using paypal, hard to trust anyone these days.

a few people have been saying i can get my money back through paypal

so hopefully i will tomorrow

you could ask them if they know anyone or if anyone previously owned the house in any of the names mentioned above, the name that i got was Christopher Topper.

i would say ask them if their IP address is the same but it might be a bit cheeky to ask them that

both the user accounts pologti1 and chris34 were from the same IP address. The ISP who is Virgin Media in this case (ex-NTL) will have the account details logged that was/is using that IP address. I can't remember how long they have to store that info for but they have to by law these days. Only the police can get the information from them though and I'd imagine only high-up people in the organisation would be able to access it to. It would be worth a hell of a lot of money to marketing people if the wrong person got hold of the logs.

So I should be able to get my money back through paypal?

I just spent 11 minutes on the phone to them and at the end they said they couldnt help me because the account was in my mothers name

could you not get your mum port it??

and doesn't pay pal take like 5 days for the funds to clear?
