I hate the way people say 'He only passed his test 2 weeks ago, he can't drive', I mean how do you know if he's a good driver?, He could of been driving on tracks every day for the last 5 years or something, or possibly even driving on the roads if thats what you're into.

Personally not my cup of tea as my cousin had problems with being hit by an underaged/uninsured driver so i wouldnt do it, but this kid could of been driving since he was 13 for all we know?

What i'm getting at is, don't judge someones driving cos of their age. :)

Doesn't matter if you are a race driver or not...those speeds don't have a place on the road. He's only been legally allowed to drive on the public road for 2 weeks, thus he is inexperienced. You don't have the same hazards on a race track as you do on a road.

He could of been driving on the roads illegally, we don't know that, and no i'm not condoning these speeds, nor do i do them (not physically possible in a 1.0 6n2 to start with  ).

The only way to be competent at something is with practice.

He was doing more than double the speed limit on a public road.

He's 17 years old.

It's quite reasonable to presume that he has little practice of that behaviour.

More the point, the other road users in the vicinity probably had little practice of being prepared to act accordingly around him.

Meh, i'm just being awkward. :p

This is true ^^^^^^^

120+ mph in a gt polo raceing a golf VR6 at about 1:00am in the morning on a dual carriageway yeah I enjoyed it the car however it died the next day and I was gutted it cost me a far bit plus garage bills to fix the car and to get it going once more.

I dont really see the point in driveing fast anymore I mean yeah sure theres an adrenaline rush to be had on driveing at speed and the car looks good but ide rather save my money and do it on a track day now than spend my money on fines at lest that way I dont have to worry about losing my licence then.

your gt must of been shit then mate, mine handled off the clock on the redline racing some kind of audi down the m6 early hours of the morning, plus all the ragging the shit out of it day to day and trust me it got ragged, and still lived a full and healthy life, it the post man got it

My GT raced a veyron and beat it, then raced an RS4, it was great, then I woke up from my dream......

same here mine loved to be off the clock on my private road close to the m61 and was fine, always ran better after a good cane :)

On an open road, speeding isnt too bad, but still never that fast! Its madness to be doing that fast when there are people around! I know for a fact if i had to tell my mum that id lost my license for doing 125 in a 60 she would cast me off from the family......for a little while anyway :ninja:

maybe PIG asked him to put his hands on the bonnet and bendover? So there is a chance he'll get away with that. :D
