I personally thing having a tidy stretch on any wheel makes them that bit better, id love to get a set of venoms or 3 spokes and put a bit of stretch on the tyre!

Thats just my personal prefernce anyways!

oh and the leek is fixed..... carnt beet a new thred coil and super steel!!! ( and that was a vw dealership trick.. ).. i also replaced the gaskit and rocker bolts with new items just incase the other bolts wer about to do the same!

just had new disc's need pads done this morn.. has cost me £50 inc parts :p

Dont take it personal what they say, they had alot to say about my grille been cream but i sprayed it black because i thought it would look cool and everyone said to do it black. yes i agree some people do have no opinion, but people like myself who do, just piss people on here off because of it!

imo opinion anything under a 8j with stretch looks shite! but if it helps his arches and helps his grip then crack its your car

1: 6n2 gti complete front end.

2: 1.6 gti conversion.. may pos bore it a lil and uprate cams. and do a bite carb conversion!! iono yet lol....

3: 6n 16v rear bumper: with one off custom tail pipe!!! (old skool ideas 4 this 1!!! )

4: 6n2 boot need tail lights.

5: tempted to do a full vinal wrap!!! but no sure yet... but a parshal 1 is deff on the cards lol...

6: maybe some diff rims but i may just role the arches and bring these out 20/30 mm!!!!!

i got 175's on a 7j & 8j rims and tbh cant really tell the 7's are stretched so prob right to go 165 if its eating your arches (purssume was going threw tyres like no bodys business as well!!)

plans seem cool altho alot of work but fair play for being different!! me I'm just gonna go 8v front 16v rear...cos I'm boring :) 13x8 on rear make it little better tho

Its funny cause I'm sure if these were G60 steels or something no one would have batted and eye lid.

tbh it wouldn't matter what wheels they are!!! I'm not going to change my opinion because now afew people are having a go at people for saying they don't like the stretch! At then end of the day i don't like stretch if the wheels are not wide because i think it makes the wheels look ridiculously narrow, no offesne mate but thats my opinion but its your car so you can do whatever you please

mine alloys arn't 7j's ther 6js!!!!!!! and am coming to the conculsion that ther not even vag wheels but infact a jdm alloy!!! as they are the wrong offset.. but i dnt care :p as they look the nuts with the colour atm...
