Quite funny reading peoples experiences So what's the worst cars everyone on here have driven?

For me:

- Citreon C3: Drove it on a school driving day. Terrible interior and you had to guess what gear it was in

- Polo 1.2 (55): Sorry guys lol. This is my sisters car. Engine sounds like a food blender and is so noisy when pushed, yet you still aren't even moving. Feels cheap (obviously being an E model though lol)

- Mk5 Escort 1.6 Si: My half-bros car (which I think he has scrapped). Very slow, fisher price dashboard and embarassing to be seen in

I accept the engine comment, does sound like it runs on electric.

The interior comment however, how very dare you. I would say that the Mk7 has much better interior styling and quality compared to its rivals.

Renault Laguna 1.8TD, (company car) hardly any pick-up, steering wheel had nothing to do with direction of travel until 5 seconds later. Was very quiet though, an arse to start in cold.

Compared to a Pug 309 diesel we also had as company, started first time in all weathers, engine was sound as well and quick.

an '06 plate Network Rail crew Transit, with 40k on the clock. it feels ready for the scrapyard... steering feels unconnected an lumpy, brakes dont exist and gerabox is all notches! turbo struggles to spool up too.

mmmmmmmm lovely.

All painfully slow

Have never driven a bad car. Had a Peugeot 106 1.1 xn plus (my 1st car) which was probably the worst. Although it was still a hoot. Have also had a 306 Dturbo, a bitchin mini, and now i have kerrrlys old polo GT. All have driven great, i dont buy cars that are bad to drive!!!!

1999 Hyundai Accent. Felt like it was about to fall to bits at any moment and was generally cheap, nasty and horrible!

My mum has got a new polo 1.4 with an automatic gearbox in. It's a nice enough car for pootling to and from the shops but it's mind-numbingly slow.

Oh and if we're talking about vans too, then an LDV Nexus. It was brand new but felt knackered right away and the quality of the dash was stupid, basically fell to bits if you touched it. Also very slow, clattery awful engine. Felt like a 20 year old well-used transit but was actually brand new.

Citroen C3 definatley shit work for citroen and suzuki and they are fucking awful (C3 that is, Suzuki are a blast) lol.

The cheap comment is more about the lack of equipment and wind-up windows. The Polo, although not perfect, is still better built on the inside than most of it's rivals though

mk3 fiesta was what i bought before my polo for £250. Drove it up the road a few times and it felt so unsafe that i p/x it when my sister bought a new car. Hence gettin her old polo.

pug 106 recently too. I was actually scared to drive it as the brake discs were non existant everytime you braked you could hear metal grinding.

Just driving these few cars made me always want a german car

Yeah fair enough, it is a bit bare but like you say it is the E model.

I just tell myself not having electric windows and mirrors saves weight.

Shitroen C15 van.

In order of shitness, the Scirocco being the worst. Infact, I have yet to be in a good Scirocco, one that doesn't stink, one that doesn't fall apart as you get in or rust at the first hint of rain.

1.8 Mk2 VW Scirocco GT2 The car that ruined my dreams. Slower than my 1.3 carb'd Polo, expensive to run, scoffed fuel as if it were going out of fashion, useless boot, useless rear seats, wide body but not a wide wheel base, handling wasn't that great (maybe compared to a Polo it was good but the MK2 Golf was better). Used to get pulled over init every single day, sometimes more than once. Most people were jsut scared of it it was so ugly.

1.4 MK1 Renualt Clio RT. Terrible car, cramped, nasty seats, boring, slow, noisey, ugly, poor handling.

1.6 MK4 Polo 8V. Awful car, slower than the 1.9 diesel with less economy and torque. This car was perhaps the least exciting drive I've ever had, at least all the other cars on my list had some point of interest, such as the feeling of death looking down upon me.

1.1 MK2 Ford Fiesta. This was actually pretty good everything worked as it should have and it had a very satisfying exhaust tone. There were two problems, the first being body roll, the second being that it was so slow that if this car were pushed off a cliff it would fall slowly.

Couldn't see out of it backwards

Couldn't see out of it forwards if there was any sun in the sky

Couldn't find the gears

Beetle-based, so arse slow

Couldn't stop (again, Beetle-based brakes)

Nearly got run over by a bus

Couldn't get out of it

I got through four CV joints,two engines,and a subframe in nine months of four-year-old Austin Metro ownership.

Once drove a narrow chassis Sherpa van that had no floor,sparking electrics,and tilted over onto two wheels in most corners.

Had a Rover 820 and never really knew if I was ever in the correct lane whilst driving it.

And a Sierra - far too much dashboard going on.

I got through four CV joints,two engines,and a subframe in nine months of four-year-old Austin Metro ownership.

I had one the same - was great fun

M reg 306 - damn that was awful

Corsa D (Normal) - Underpowered, steering connected through vast tub of yoghurt, massive A and C pillars so you can't bloody see

Corsa D VXR - Rubbish chassis and torque steer like you wouldn't believe

Corsa C (Driving lessons) - One of the worst cars I've ever driven, next to the 306

A mates 1994 BMW 316, base model heap of crap. 2nd in that felt like 4th gear in the Valver it was that slow!

my cousin and i call it "the beast"

and it is impossible to loose control.

we rag on it often, and with a 7100 rpm redline, there is no power.

Two cars stick out for me as the worst I've driven,

Mk1 Focus 1.4 16v, painfully slow and boring, it was a mates car, i got so bored I stopped after 5 minutes and got out and walked, was much more fun.

Corsa D 1.3 CDTi, this is just awful in so many ways. Seating position is awful you sit in the middle of the car and as a result the dashboard is 3 miles long so terrible to park, painfully slow and there is no feel in the brakes or steering.

I haven't driven much, being 18, but..

Citreon C2 VTR (driving lessons): Dodgy steering, never went into gear, stupidly designed tacho.

Switched to a 56 plate Fiesta diesel which i must say was miles better, better interior, much better gearbox, smoother ride (diesel!).

I drove a hell of alot of cars with been a tire fitter and mechanic from porkas to nova's and must say ma mk3 polo gt was the worst car iv ever driven. As when thrashing it round corners you can feel the car flexing and dint give me any confidance in it at all sorry to say it people. The best car iv ever drove was my mates lotus nova its only a 1.3 but was tuned by lotus as standard and handled mint round croft.
