Looks quite cool, I liked your old patchy paintwork though.

White badge contrasts well with the body colour.

Give it another coat tomorrow and get some nice photos taken.

Interesting xcore... I don't ever remember saying this was rat, there is after all no rust, nor an uprated engine under the bonnet, I could make the list go on.. This car is my car and everything I want for it i'll put on it, there's no label for this car, but thankyou for your input anyway

at last, some one that understands rat, if only some of the owners of these so called rat cars knew what you know

really need better photos of it to comment on the paint work tho mate but fairplay for giving it a go

Dude, you didnt have to say you were trying to be rat. You didnt have to say anything at all. Looking at your car it looks like your trying for the "forced rat" thing that so many people do. It doesnt matter if you "understand" what rat is, cos your car still says thats what your doin.

Secondly, this car is not standard with one light and one mirror at all, I asked for opinions, but all you're doing is forcing an unsupported statement at me when you have absolutely no knowledge of my cars history.

really nice love the colour! that mirror is class, and i like the foglight i want one for mine,i think a single light grill might look better? i thought it made a huge diffrence on my old one

have you though about painting the lower bit of the bootlid black? like the rectangle strip beetwen the lights, i think that look awsome with the grey

thebreadmaker: Are you kidding?? That's exactly what i've been tearing myself up about since I bought it... Whether to paint that bit Satin black once it's all lacquered... Like all the retro classics, Mustangs, Triumps etc. Will probably do it to be different to please xcore

And i'm also undecided on the grille situation, I bought it with a single and changed it for the double, both looked good so we'll see
