Featured Replies

I've decided to sell the G40 Turbo engine off for spares. Got a full turbo conversion kit if anyones interested. Most of the pipework I've made myself. Worked really well on the car. Heres a list of parts:

Custom PSD turbo chip (G40 injectors/ 14psi max)

Mk4 AEX exhaust manifold with laser-cut adaptor plate and TIG welded turbo flange

Garrett T25 Turbo (and a spare if you want it)

Heat wrapped custom 2.5" downpipe (with thread for lambda probe)

2.5" exhaust system with single back box

Turbo- to - intercooler pipe

Modified Sierra Cosworth 4x4 intercooler with mounting brackets.

2.5" boost pipe from intercooler to plastic boost pipe

Plastic boost pipe

Aluminium 'T' piece for dump valve

Dump Valve

Custom throttle body elbow

2x coolant 'T' pieces for turbo coolant lines

Turbo coolant pipes with banjo bolts

'Hose Solutions' braided turbo oil feed pipe (including banjo bolts)

16mm turbo oil drain pipe

Nearly new engine sump with TIG welded fitting for turbo oil return.

I'll get som pics up of the parts during the week if anyone's interested.

I'm after £600 ono

I'd rather sell all the parts togethor to be honest. If they don't sell we might be able to sort something out.

Forget to mention theres a one-off PSD turbo chip to go with this (mapped for 14psi and standard G40 injectors). This cost me £120 alone.
