FFS Kam, the very least you could do is contact his local VW dealer and find out the part numbers for all the different 15" steel wheels. Then post pics up for him with details of size, offset, price and availability.

Then a list of local sandblasting companies and someone who does wheel banding wouldn't go a miss either!

seems pointless, if you're going to be cutting them up, welding and repainting them anyway, might as well use some tatty 2nd hand ones for very cheap or even free. New ones will cost at least £100 I'd have thought.
