I'm out on the road every day at work and come across some of the craziest and dangerous driving i've ever seen. We're driving around in a 30ft long refuse truck and people still try to push us out the way in metros!! lol.

Thought it would be good to see everyone elses ideas on who the number 1 arsehole on the road is.

I dont wish to offend at my number 1 top idiot on the road but its post office people. I'm sorry if you work for the post office. There are other jobs you know?! They always seem to be in a hurry and use every available piece of space to drive on, including pavements, especially if you're standing on it! I was crossing the road earlier to get back in teh truck, 3/4 of the way across and a P.O van came flying round the corner straight at me. I slowed down to see if he would - and he didnt! Called me a idiot or whatever as he passed as obviously the 2/3mph drop in speed would've made him real late. We've already had one guy fired for getting extremely close to one of my work mates at 40ishmph and he was stood on the pavement! I can't bare to be on teh same piece of road as a post van due to obvious reasons!

A very close number 2 - taxi drivers. park where they like, drive where they like, pull out even if there aint a gap, no indication used ever.

3 - old people - they blame young people for all the deaths on the road but its infact them who drive in a very sub standard way.

4 - cyclists - just like the above but makes you follow through when they get too close.......................................

also any tourist. Tourists are the bigest pain. Especially as i live in the Lake District. There's so many accidents and its due to plonks driving 15mph in 60 zones and 40mph in 30 zones

The furthest i've drove in London is Barnet. It wasn't good for my road rage! lmao.

Was up in the lake district a couple of months ago and i totally agree with tourists. I 'enjoyed' the roads, including a strange dual carriageway/race track/rally stage kinda thing! No feckin coffin dodgers as well!

Taxi drivers are the worst one pulled out on me the other day n wasnt even looking at me he carried on coming down a road only wide enough for 1 and 1/2 cars tops i hit the brakes bt it was raining and i have mk3 so i jst skidded up the curb onto a garden and then back onto the road again. id bn driving for 2 weeks it shit me up. But long point short taxi drivers need shooting one because of their driving and two because of the astronomical fares

we had a women give us a mouthfull earlier! We came upto a mini roundabout and saw a women pull up on the exit to our right. We give way to her and she sat there so we pulled out and as we did, so did she! She started beeping and waving her arm at us and when we pulled up alongside, she was a complete moose and bottletop glasses!

Young arabs are the worst drivers as they dont need to pass a test to drive, and can drive as young as 15.

After that it has to be crazy Indian taxi drives, they are a nightmare

1. People who drive whilst on the phone.

2. HGV drivers on the motorway who try to overtake other HGVs so slowly that it causes a 5 mile tailback.

3. Van drivers.

4. The numpty who shot past me on the motorway yesterday who must have been travelling at 130mph easily. Wasn't even able to read the first number on his reg he was out of sight that quick. Tosser.

i was driving in the town centre and this taxi driver put his hazards on and stopped in the middle of the road. highway code violation right there!

another vote for london bus drivers! When they want to go, they just go! Everyone else just has to get the fuck out of the way or have a large bus-shaped indentation in the side of their car. Although to be fair if they didn't do that they'd just be set there forever and a day waiting for someone to let them out.

People who just aren't paying any attention to their driving annoy me.

Is it just me that always finds a Tesco home delivery van parked on blind bends or the middle of a busy street unloading shopping. They always choose the worst places to park! This includes Iceland and those gay Ocado/waitrose vans too. It makes me proper angry i dont know why maybe i just hate Tesco.

Oh yeh women can be a bit annoying too but neil covered that.

Seem to be the people who spend most of there time on the road are the ones with least driving abilities. Bus drivers, taxi drivers, van drivers and company cars.
