anyone running hids in a mk3? Interested in getting some to get better vision on country roads.

Hid's work well on the mk3, but some people say its illegal to run them on head lights without the projector cos it dazzles other road users. Personally i dont care, as long as i can see! :lol:

these people lie? I've got hids with no projectors or such and passed the MOT and never been flashed by anyone or the popo
