awesome work mate...I'm guessing you do this for a living?? or as a joint family hobby with your dad

personally i think the wheels need spacing out and I'm not sure about the colour coded wheels, just too much of a colour i really dont like lol

Lol you could call a family buisness, I'm an accountant and dads an engineer but used to run a vw garage when i was young which started the addiction, so know we dabble in our own projects.

The ibiza was my 1st car, started life as a green 1.9 cl and i brought a ibiza cupra that had dent in the rear and swapped everyting over to it and had it sprayed yellow, now belongs to dad and has had a tdi lump put in.

I cant space the wheels out reli as they'd rub and i kinda like tuck at the moment.

As for the colour it may spread onto the polo in the future I'm still deciding :-p

Bit of a long overdue update!!

Been buying parts for a big change but all will be revealed in time.

Todays Update

After hours of trawling thorough ebay i ended up with a leather interior in my watched items, got home from work and no bids and 15mins to go, put in a bid and £100 later and a trip into London I'm now rocking this interior.....Cost £30 in fuel and some cleaner and nearly bagged a spare valver front bumper but couldnt get it in the car.

Certainly changes the look, need to get the rears cleaned and the doorcards and I'm keeping my eyes peeled for some tt seats or cloth recaros so i can have them trimmed to match as the fronts are really warn.

Let me know what you think.

Jack

You paid £100 for the whole interior? Christ, that a steal!

Looks tidy man.

Sold the car a few months back to a mate looking rather standard, now got a mk1 golf

what bumper is that you have on the front?

how much have you lowered your polo by in mm's?

and are those standard 6n rear lights?

  • Author

The front bumpers just a valver bumper thats had the top vents smoothed.

Rears are off a 6n2 and i couldnt tell you how much its lowered as it was on coilovers
