my 6n2gti

Featured Replies

Had the car roughly two months now. Wish it was quicker but i've got the bug and will probably never think anythings quick enough. Love the whole euro style which brought me to the vw polo but wanted something with a bit of pace. Was very tempted by the G40 but the 6n2 won me over in the end.

A nice elderly gentleman in a jag decided to drive into me a few weeks ago when i went to pod. He admitted it was his fault then but obviously now he's saying it isnt... his front quarter and my drivers door and rear quarter. Had a guy in the car with me and 3 witnesses in car behind but as i know them all my insurance has told me they are basically useless which sucks!

Had to raise it for insurance but it's in at the body shop now and should hopefully be done by tuesday. Can't wait to get it back and on its ring.

anywho... a few pics of how it looked before the 'incident', had it a bit lower after these but didnt get any pictures.

Still undecided wether to re-furb these wheels or get new ones. Obviously want to do smoothing and other little details too.

Thanks for looking.

Nice car, good luck with the insurance :D

Take it you're from Manchester then?

Thanks.

From Macclesfield, not far from Manchester. I was out on a drive about 3am n thought 'screw it, lets go get pics at OT' as you do...

sick mate, lik they Old Trafford pic, I'm a United fan (yes I know I live in Surrey - I've had this argument a millions times over) would have liked to have got some of my car next to it when I last went up but we'd just drawn with Villarreal in the Champions league and there were thousands of people outside lol
