What tyres would be best to use? The car isn't lowered at all and isn't going to be lowered and you can't convince me to lower it so don't tell me to lower it!!

Cheers.

do you mean which size will fill the arch the most? I wouldnt go any bigger than 195/50's, but you will still have a big arch gap and your speedo will be out.

Not fill the arch the most, but be a size that looks reasonably good and doesn't scrub.

probably 195/45's wont scrub at all (i dont think anyway) and..................get it lowered!!!!!!!!!

195/45's look good and the speedo will be more accurate. 195/45's and 195/50's will not scrub atall on 15's mate. I'm guessing they're 7j??

195/50/15 dropped about 30mm though

Optional extra Solitudes came with 195/45/15 iirc so I'd go with that... that's what my wheels are sporting :-D

I've got some 195/45/15 goodyear eagel F1's for sale.

PM me if your interested

Agree with 195/45. They 7j?

slitudes came with 195 / 50 / 15

they are alot cheaper than the 45's any way and tbh there isnt much between them

i had 195/55/r15 and had no problems, the wheels had an offset of +38, so the speedo will be abit out but no rubbing or anything and made the ride awesomly smooth

there for sale (alloy and as new pirelli p5000's)

Solitudes came with 195/45/15s. Look in the pdf copy of the brochure in the members area - in the options list.

DON'T GIVE OUT DUFF ADVICE. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER THEN DON'T ANSWER - SIMPLE!!!

45 profile IMO :)

defintely go for the 195-45

defintely go for the 195-45

The thing is that he is not going to lower it so theres not much point of spending more money on the lowest profile tyre you can run on 15's(except for the speedo thing),

I think 195/50's would look the best(fill the arch a tiny bit mor)and will give the best ride! yeah I have run 195/50's and 195/45's there isnt much difference in the way they look! but a big difference in comfort.

am I the only one shocked by the fact that Kam, our resident wheel whore, is asking advice on tyre sizes?

but yeh, 195/45s imo.
