I think i know what needs to be done, correct me if I'm wrong but the four gaps have some sort of grip/clip which you need to push down to pull out?

Anyone have any advice

Thats right mate, it sort of clips in, and you push the clips on the back of the grille with a flat head or something, and it should just come straight out!! Very self explainatory when you get it done!! :)

Haha aye cheers pal, does it take abit of a push on the clips? i was trying with a paint brush so i didn't want to push to hard incase i snapped the brush lol

i just wacked it fromt he back with a ruber mallet hahaha, worked for me.

Nahh just put a bit of pressure on em!! Flathead screwdriver always does it for me, or as said...a mallet!! Haha!! Suppose it'll do the job! You spraying it or something?

Yeah! Lol You just replace the full grille in that case...Lol
