Induction Kit For Gt

Featured Replies

I'm after a secondhand but good condition induction kit for the GT engine, preferably a K&N one, but would consider a Pipercross too.

Also a boot strut and boot seal in good condition from a Mk2 Coupe.

After some research it would appear K&N don't do a specific induction kit for the GT, neither do Jetex, only Pipercross do.

So Pipercross induction kit in good condition wanted.

Thought about fitting a Golf GTi 1.8 8V AFM? They can be had for around £25 from the likes of Edition 38, and when set up properly can make a difference. The benefit of that is that K&N as well as PiperX do an induction kit for them. Hopefully might widen your options?

I've got one of those which I took off the car a while back, because it used to idle all over the place and was annoying me. However I've replaced a few other parts since then and improved the idle, so I might give it another go. Can't hurt to try anyway.
