Hi anyone know where i can get hold of some rear window louvres for me polo? it's a mk3 so I'm not sure if they even do them.

I know they did them for the MK2 back in the day (two decades ago,when they were popular),and they'd almost certainly fit the facelift car.

But any survivors will be thin on the ground.

Still,they existed. Its a start.

i think i have a brochure with them in it. i will dig it out and check. they are aftermarket thats for sure.

yep the 1983 brochure says:

external 70s style ones are made by a company called "Autoplas" fitted with no screwing or drilling lol mk1 polo only available it says but its a old brochure. only available in black.

internal OZ style ones like old beetles are made by "HITRIX the automatic interior car blind" - they are electric and dash operated it says available in red black silver and gold pimptastic!

they also show a really 1970s body kit on a sqaure back with rear arch spats and massive side skirts looks like it came straight out a buck rodgers program.

Not lazy! I genuinly couldnt find any pictures! I even emailed Richard Grant Mouldings because it says in this thread HERE that they used to be Richard Grant Accessories and they used to make them. unfortunatly they came back saying:
