Hi i have a standered vw polo 1990 mk2 1043cc, i want to re wire my stereo with speaker wire, but can seem to find out where and how it is run from the rear of my car to the stereo, the wires from the stereo run up under my dash and some how come out at the rear parcel shelf but I've taken up the carpet on drivers seal/dorr but can see the wires? any 1 got any ideas?

try lifting up the rear seat and see what you can see under there

Thats what i have done its confusing me now, from the rear parcel shelft the wires run into a hole in the wall but cant find where they do too then,

arghhh found it cheers, runs from one side wall side of rear passanger then across diagonla under drivers seat and up centre console to radio
