He/She may be a genuine forum member albeit new. If they seem friendly enough on the phone and want to buy the wheels (and meet for them) and you dont want to give away your home address, just offer to meet them in a public place, a local supermarket car park or petrol station forecourt or something! and take a friend if your small or just for backup incase the worst happens.
