if anyone has the big oscilating part that fits inside the charger, i would like to arrange something with you, as i need one.

i think it is called the "scroll" but am unsure if that is the official name for it. its the big curly wurly thing. loving the technical terminology! I am planning on going to the rolling road day in jan if that helps with delivery etc...

situation is, i have a stage five charger, with no scroll. recently re furbed, but i also think i need the small toothed belt and seals that go between the two casings of the charger. any help would be appreciated.

club g40 sell the belts £6 each- but look like you might need more than qwhat you're suggesting as it doesn;t appear to have a coutershaft assembly (pulley side housing - the hole at the top side)

think you are right about the additional parts. i have a standard charger on the car at the mo, but dont really want to play around with it... cos if i bust them then i in the brown stuff... so want to get extras to have two fully working chargers.... hope that kinda makes sense.

so in addition to that i need the countershaft assembly. thanks for pointing that out pete. would you have access to any other parts i may need thru your website?

i may be able to supply a counter shaft - but it'll need two bearings - which i can get hold of for a minimal cost - £15 maybe...

well if you are up for it mate, give me a quote for all the bits you can get hold of.... then all i need to keep my eyes open for is the scroll.

you also need the oil slinger, a keyway and both pullies, plus a washer and a belt.

you need

coutershaft comprising of

1. counter shaft

2. 2x woodruff keys on the counter shaft

3. 2x bearings for the countershaft

4. 1xspacer on the countershaft

5. 1x countershaft weight

6. 1x coutershaft pulley

7. 1x washer and bolt for the pulley

8. countershaft circlip

then for the main shaft

1. oil slinger

2. woodruff key

3. main shaft pulley

then a belt to put it all together

then to fit a scroll you'll need.

1. counterbalance weight

2. small woodruff key

3. circlip

are the bearings and seals new? - as pointless fitting new countershaft bearings if rest need changing. Plus you also need to heat the casings to put the countershaft in.

and obviously you'll need a scroll. Up to you if you want to take this further... might be easier just buying a new charger..
