What we need is a massive list of post codes, literally everyone who could possibly come, then plot them on a map, with say a 40 mile radius circle around them, then pick a central point. Then scout locations, carparks, multistoreys etc. in that locality. Then make enquiries as to who owns them and if they would be adverse to us holding a quiet gathering there!

Monthly seems to work well, if we could continue the 2nd sunday of the month rule as that worked quite well.

More than happy to help organise as i think I've missed 1 or 2 meets in the last year.

I dont know how well this is going to go down, but whats wrong with say selfridges car park next to the bullring?

Its easy to get to

Its a huge car park

Youve got open air uptop, basement style down the bottom, making for different scenes for pics

And before you say I'm not goint to pay the 3.50 or whatever it costs, they cant kick you off if youve paid to be there!

Birmingham is a big place and theres going to be plenty of pubs nearby no doubt

those that know me were waiting for it but......i know the Landlord/landlady of te bridge inn in hednesford and they have said we could hold a meet there and if there was enough of os they would open the front car park .as most pubs have had a drop in numbers i think most would welcome us

It gives a bit more interest and then we may get different members at each meet as some may not wish to travel so far.

I like the sound of that, even tho I'm now unemployed :) lol

bort I'm not back from uni till the 12th and I'm open to ideas, firstly let me say that i would love to help out organise, i didnt miss a single PP meet up until i went uni and have now missed 2 due to been away, however, when the season starts up again i shall be in regular attendance!!

also i am liking the pub polo idea for winter as I'm back and would love to get back into it, not sure on the diff location each time idea but could work, lets start simple and then aim bigger

as mentioned in other topic the spread eagle is in a great location and has huge car park!!!

then we could aswasy move around, as its winter once a fortnite, summer time and sprin, once monthly?? on the sundays again, lets go PP boys!!!

we can make this huge, new 09 stickers and a banner for club stands at shows :)

Goes without saying I am there with the organising bit, as for venues I'm open to suggestions, but so that it is said (& I'm not winging about it) I do travel 45 mins to these things & spend a fair bit on fuel so moving too far East or South from the regular spots would kill it for me.

But happy to help as always, you know I speak my mind!!!!
