NOW SOLD SORRY PEOPLE!

Right, advertising this for a close friend of mine who's after something with a little more poke (1.8t)

feel free to pm me as i know the car just aswell as he does and ill forward any offers to him.

right so,

2001 on an X plate

Currently approaching 80k miles (on 78k or so now)

3 Door Reflex Silver

Usual GTi spec - Xenon headlights fitted with 6000K bulbs, Climate Control, Electric Sunroof, Red Seatbelts with Black Trim.

Interior - Front and Rear Seats/Doorcards re-trimmed in Black and Red Leather and Alcantara

GTi mats (the front ones were new from VW a couple of years ago and have had rubber mats covering them since they were fitted to protect them)

Chrome interior mirror - only one I've seen in the UK

Exterior - Smoothed front and rear bumpers

Black front badge

rear badge has the inside colour coded

OEM+ badge on bootlid

lowered between 80-90mm on KW Variant 1 Coilovers

LHD rear light on the drivers side to give the effect of 2 reverse lights.

LHD stubby mirror on drivers side

Wheels – Only a couple of month old 15x8 Schmidt modern lines with excellent tread and a little stretch!

Engine – Engine is standard and has had all 4 disks replaced a few thousand mile ago.

Recently been fully serviced

Reconditioned gearbox and clutch within the last 500 mile so theirs plenty of life left in them!

Exhaust – The car has had a full stainless steel system from the cat back a few thousand mile ago at great expense and has a tdi style back box to complete the euro look. Has an awesome rumble to it and is not intrusive at all. (have been told it sounds like a VR6 by a few people)

Full audio install carried out by both SQ+ in Manchester (boot build) and Prestige Audio in Rickmansworth (Door builds and A-Pillar builds) they are 2 of the best companies in the business!

The private plate on the car is not included and will revert to its origional "X" plate

That's all I can think of at the mo - I will edit if I think of anything else.

The car has always had everything it's needed regardless of cost, has been serviced at VW every year and run on BP Ultimate throughout my ownership!

I have receipts worth £1000's

Bump

Extremely tidy car that!!! Tom's old one and he was an absolute clean freak over it!

Who ever gets this will have picked up a minter!

Price wise, theres no way it should go for anything near the 4k mark! Its a hell of a lot more with that trim and audio install! i would think around the 5k mark it should sell!
