Full service history, loads of receipts, all the important issues sorted including:

• Cambelt, tensioners and uprated water pump changed about 15k miles ago

• New gearbox and full sachs clutch kit fitted 3 months or so ago *With 2 years warranty* at a cost of around £600 in total.

Car comes with:

• Coilovers

• 280mm G60 Brake upgrade with braided hoses

• Standard GTi Suspension and original brakes (if you want them)

Climatronic Air-con/climate control, Xenon headlights, ABS, Airbags, Electric Windows and Mirrors etc, 6 disc cd changer, power steering, central locking, all the usual GTi extras really!

The car is running like a dream, sounds great, looks great and achieves an easy 300 miles to a tank. Gearbox is smooth as silk and comes with the peace of mind of a 2 year warranty (approx 1 year 9 months remaining on it). Interior is spotless. Has been very well looked after throughout my 18 months ownership, had a recent going over at Volkswagen main dealer to cure some electrical gremlins at the cost of £300. It comes with the standard 15” BBS RXII alloys which are in very good condition after a recent refurb.

The only bad point of any note is the steering wheel, a couple of small patches have peeled away from the surface of the leather. However, the car will come with a replacement GTi steering wheel that I have just picked up. I don’t think this detracts from the general condition of the car which is very straight. The airbag light is also on, I had them check it when it was at VW recently and although the light is on the system is working fine.
