This engine was built By Andy Boakes who used to race a G40 in the vw cup and he also worked at Racepower motorsport. He has built lots of G40 engines with no issues and plenty of happy customers.

This engine has only covered 600 miles since it was rebuilt.

Rebuilt bottom end with lightened and balanced flywheel.

New top quality ACL bearings

New oil pump and water pump.

all seals and gaskets replaced.

Ported and polished head with std valves.

Newman 272 camshaft and new tappets.
