Heres some up to date info's about the polos replacement....

Bought pretty much standard and done pretty much all the work so far by myself!

Engine

-Fujitsubo 4-2-1 manifold

-Spoon cat back exhaust with N1 silencer

-Spoon engine mounts with lower mounts silicon filled for extra stiffness

-A/C removed

-Spoon direct flow intake pipe

-Trust panel filter

-Spoon oil cap

-Spoon resevoir socks

-Spoon radiator stay bracket

-RR results 192bhp @ 8800rpm

Brakes

-Spoon twinblock 4 pot calipers

-Rear calipers refurbed

-Goodridge braided hoses with stainless fixings

-Endless CCX pads all round

-AP dixcel PD discs

-Motul RBF600 fluid

Wheels

-Standard enkei wheels powdercoated

-Hankook RS2 tyres 205/50/15

Suspension

-Tein SS coilovers with pillow top mounts

-Car fully rebushed with Mugen RTA bushes, hardrace bushes throughout, poly ARB bushes front and rear

-New oem honda drop links/track rod ends/ball joints

-Eibach SPC front camber/castor adjustable upper arms

-Eibach SPC rear camber adjustable upper arms

-All suspension arms stripped and repainted

-Geometry set at full extra castor, -2.5 camber front, -1.5 camber rear, 1.5mm toe out per side front, 3mm toe out per side rear

-Spoon front upper strut brace

Inside

-DC2 integra seat rails modified to fit

-Momo montecarlo 350mm wheel

-Splash SRS wheel hub

-LTB 1" wheel spacer

hows the ride at the bottom of the coilovers (or at least looks bottom lol)

it's good! although the spring rates are a bit soft for my liking so selling the coilovers after winter and changing to a set of either Spoon or Buddyclub with more suitable spring rates, also with the Spoon/Buddyclub i will be able to run the same height without the coilovers wound right down :lol:

They are good yeah but mega monies, just bought different springs to run on the Teins, actually going to be fitting them tommorow!

i want one of these soooooooooo bad.

Absolutely love it! Pretty much why i want one after my Polo, or an EP if the imports come down in price..
