Its down 50mm now and I catch the undertray on speedbumps - So lower isnt a consideration. Just when you bounce on the front corners the other side bounces in simpathy! You can replace the droplinks with Mk1 Ford Mondeo ones! Shorter than std VAG ones and only cost £8ea!

The dent in the wing was from the deers head! it was running from the left to the right - the deers rear legs hit the grill. definately killed it - it was lying at the side of the road!

£1865 is the cheapest quote I could find - £1085 for parts alone + VAt + Labour + Paint!!!

insurance company wants to write it off - screw that - told them to forget it i'll fix it myself.

new radiator support ordered from Skoda - already sourced a new foglight, replacement SMIC, new crystal smoked headlights.

Just need to get a new grill and the extra bits of trim that has been broken. Its going upto my mates bodyshop on Tuesday - he's going to get it stripped down, repair the wing and the bumper while I get the rest of the parts

FFS Andy...I thought that you'd know what they look like by now and try to avoid them.

I had the same thing happen to me, dented the offside, cracked the bumper and put a whole in the L/H side of the radiator. I gave it a good kicking, dragged it of the road, and then got towed home :(,

You can get bull bars which sit behind the front bumper and you cant see them, I was tempted, but I didn't think it would be such a good thing if I hit a child!

Only parts I need are a few plastic grills and a radiator grill
