Well its been a long while since an update - so here goes!!!

Went upto my parents at about 3pm to help my mum by collecting her washing from the dry cleaners. When i got there my mum was just signing for a few parcels for me

Once I finally get the Fabia back and get the 2 cars together washed and polished then i'll do a few pics of the 2 of them together!

They are shaped pieces of wood that I normally make a platform to drive the cars up onto so I can work on them! Pikey-tech rules!

sexy ass wheels mate. Usually id moan about u getting the same wheels for 2 cars, but then I realised how pimp they look and how silly it would be of me.

Time for an update on the VRS!

Finally got round to getting all the parts together & get some work done to transform the sloppy suspension and the dire brakes!

First of all new brakes fitted, 312 Audi TT discs and pads:-

Also fitted new console bushes, replaced the ARB bushes and the front wishbone bushes with a nice set from the guys at Jabbasport - Oh and also trial fitted the new rims. It was pretty close with the Strut, but i've seen closer. No spacers required - did my sums right after all!

Finally collected with tyres swopped over onto the new wheels:-

The drive home was quite cool - the brakes are amazing considering how good I thought the old brakes were!

Took a few pics, but the light was fading, so I'll get the car washed and polished and get some better pics in a couple of days. But if you cant wait until then - here are a few! :)

Finally got round to cleaning the car & fitting the Cupra R Splitter.

Used some Maguiers to clean and polish the car!

Good choice on wheels.

I would love to see this with less arch gap and probably more stretch, although I can imagine you're happy with it how it is at the moment.

Another thing which you can't really do anything to change is I think staggered wheels would really look good.

Honestly I have no idea what its making now! Had a cheeky run on the rollers when I first got it - totally std it made 146bhp & 257lb/ft. Its got a tuning box, air filter PD 160 inlet and a prototype Jetex straight through on it. Maybe 160-170bhp?? And I still get about 49mpg out of it!
