I am after a 1.0L or 1.3L spi engine for a conversion into my 1.1L mk1 Polo, my engine is dieing. Dead old and costs loads on petrol, so i want an spi engine so its more reliable and better on petrol.

I have a 1.0 spi out of a 92 mk3. about 68k miles taken out due to a gt conversion, only missing the distributer. have wiring looms, fuse box ect. located near Hull. £50 or close offer

I've got a 1.0spi from a Mk3 Cl. Had done about 100,000 miles from what I remember. Comes with a 4 speed gearbox. Free if you want it. In Epsom, Surrey KT19
