Yes they are. From eBay, but they are slightly deeper, and the front bumper has the fog grilles smoothed aswel.

The bumper on that vagh20 looks weird because of the gap between the bumpstrips and the plate recess.

Yeah they are oversized trims which are probably cable tied on. Agreed they look naff because they look so big but are sooo far tucked in.
