Well, my golf 2 got hit by a woman who was indiscriminate and misleading with her signals. so this has to go now

It's a 1.3 2G hydro head Mk3polo/Mk2 golf engine.. its been kept serviced, its done 90k, the ehad has done around 7k since it was rebuilt including seals, guides, seats, decoke etc etc receipt for that to earlier this year.. it had cam seal dizzy seal all the related gubbins. waterpump and cambelt a year ago at most (10kish?) gearbox has done 120k, front mounting lugs broke away dut to the crossmember pulling away from the box, but the actual box still cahnges selects and drives as good as it did, but will ONLY fit polo due to the front mount discrepancy between golf and polo..

Looking for £100 ONO but call me and make an offer (after all i can only say no or haggle!) for engine box and head, bearing in mind the head is still worth more than that in the grandscheme

hi, I'm unsure about any difference in ratios and whatnot to be eprfectly honest. i dont know anything about the various polos and boxes and stuff as i ahvent bothered to do any tuning with the 1.3, it was a first car and so premiums were high - tuning and modding was out of the picture! the main advantage would be the ehad, seeing as it is in mint condition as its only very recently rebuilt!
