mrk 3 polo gt, (still own) spent a shit load of time and money on this but in the wrong places, failed the mot on a couple of holes which need welding up so will be up and running again in the new year.

mrk 3 polo 1.3 spi, my lil project run around nazi mobile, lol. really love this car jus a laugh, can do whatever i want to it haha so much freedem just wish it was faster... gt engine to come

non crossflow engine so carbs were directly above the manifold, i believe on trying to crank the car and it not starting due to a flattery (flat battery), the electonic fuel pump kept pumping fuel into the carbs but without turning over the fuel wasnt being used up, carb floats overfilled causing fuel to leak out and absorb into the heatwrap on the manifold, 5 minutes of driving later the car went up in flames.

all theoretical as i drove for about an hour 3 days before with no issues. but alas things happen for a reason!

Do the clocks go up in a vertical line for your speedo as opposed to going round clockwise?

He's in the middle of restoring it at the moment and the wings cost something like 1500 quid each so hes just repairing them rather than buying new ones, the blood red interior is lush tho

that would have been the shape before this one. mine is a 1969 w115. manual non sunroof version. the roof is going to get alot of airbrushing hopfully by by summer.

mk3 fiesta (it had sri cavvy side sikrts, red neons, bbs alloys, interor was sprayd red, and it was the best first car I ever had ohh and it had a piss pot 1.1)

corsa (only a cone was fitted and is sounded nuts on the mpi 1.4)

pug 205 (1.8 diesel it behaved like a tractor and I drove it through a field as if it was a tractor)

mk3 GT polo (did over 120 mph one night and blue the engine the next day)

pug 106 (kept it standard and I drove it through a river buy accident but it still lived)

1. Fiat 1.2 Sporting with Gt engine conversion (quick but headgasket went so sold it)

2. Citroen Saxo VTR (quick but had previously been in a accident so sold it)

3. Fiesta Zetec-s Mk5 (recently written off (like a little go kart)

4. My polo mk4 valver (BEST OF THE BUNCH) (worried head gasket may be going already though although only sign is bit of muck on oil cap no overheating or loosing water etc)
