sooo i took my bortbets off for winter not realising how bald my tires actually were

so yeh standard wheels are on for winter

and i like to call this "Winter Mode"

same happened to me, pair of brand new 512s lasted me no more than 2 months :(

they look like they should have been changed months ago, frankly thats shocking to be honest

yeh i know the tires where almost bald when i bought the wheels off a mate and never got round 2 getting my camber and tracking done but after xmas I'm going to get it all done so will be all good :-D

I hope Kerrly is joking, cause thats fucking stoopid, how can you be interested in your cars, and not realise your tyres are like that, everybody has probably looked at their tyres and gone 'bugger me , i'm sure there was more tread than that' but thats fucking dumb, certainly nothing to show off about,,almost as bad as, i was overtaking at 6 times the speed limit and someone changed lanes, not expecting some idiot to be doing mach 7 past about 14 vehicles in one go, luckily i had room to go past everyone. woop woop, check your car and tyres more often, or you may hurt somebody else. Nice one

The sad truth is, checking tyres is just another one of those "in a perfect world" scenario's, the amount of people's tyres I used to change that looked like (or worse than) kerrly's and adam's went far beyond what you can count on your hands...

Not joking. They were like that when i bought the car so i got £200 off the asking price, i only drove for 3 miles on them to the local garage in the town where i got the car and had all 4 tyres replaced for £165. The previous owner only drove to work and back which was less then a mile each way so he didnt see the issue He even said "I'm sure they will get you home" (Swansea to Gloucester is a 2 1/2 drive FFS)
