yeah once i work out how to lol didnt get any instructions, any ideas chaps I'm getting desperate!

quick uppdate lol , jus ordered LED side repeaters, aero fit blades and vw centre caps FTW!

also, the alloys scrub like a idiot atm so what can i do so when i get coilies i can lower proper!

i am thinking lowprofiles but someone mentioned wheel spacers, what will this do and where do i get them?

Edited by chrisritch

Depends where they're scrubbing,as to how to go about it.

But they're 16s and the tyres are certainly too big. Right offset, smaller tyres should help out a treat. They're Ibiza wheels and that car is basically a Golf chassis.

Check the galleries, see what tyres others on 16s are using.

It'll look great lowered,btw.

not a massive fan of red cars and i own one myself, but i do adore white wheels and red/white always go well together.

I would put the standard grille back on or get that gap in the bonnet filled in as it looks well wrong at the moment

theres a photo and gallery section for a reason too =]

right heres one for you, standard gti grille or normal slatted grille with red vw badge or gti grille with red vw badge?

also, anyone shed any light on wheel spacers?

i think a gti grille with a white badge would look quite cool matey, have you got a gti grille? is it the same as the std but with a red stripe around it? not to clued up on the later model polos

its a honeycomb style instead of the slatted style
