Does anyone knows from what cars are the 14'' bbs ra's?

What is the best tyre i can fit on 185/50/14?

I think the 14 ra's came form a mk2 golf and as for tyres yes 185/50/14 seems to have the same radious as a standard mk3 polo wheel and tyres. but i know some people use 185/45/14 i think it depends on how low you are.

i thought it was mk1 golfs and the like they came from?

15" RA's off a mk2?

I thought it was 14" from the mk2 golf and 15" from the corados but i could be wrong.

corrado's had speedlines and G60 steels lol

well, VR and g60 not sure what the valvers came with

or the 14" may have came from the siroccos i now of 1 with them on from new.

same as mk1 golfs tho haha

well all i can say is they came from a vw hows that :-D

think they were optional extras on scirocco's. there's a pinned thread about them on www.polog40.co.uk :)

What about 195/45? Is it better than 185/50?

Wow... I see that yoof has very nice rims (black/star shape)...

Are they only made on 15''? What's the brand of the rims?

You could get 14" RA's with 8v Mk2 GTi's,

15s came on 16v's.

14s are not worth much either as they are to small really for golfs, i sold mine for £40.

I really want some 14" ra's been looking for a while now, certainly not as common as the 15s and 13s

Hi the 14" bbs ra classic,s came on some 8v mk2 golf gti from 1987 my dad bought one new from Dane vw in chester with them fitted.The 15" bbs ra came on some of the big bumper 8v and 16v mk 2 gti,s 1990-1992. Hope this helps.

1.8 16v Corrados came with Sebrings and 2.0 16v Corrados came with Estorils

Both 15"

So the best tire, i can use is? 185/50 or 195/45?

well I'm going to be using 185/50/14 yokahama a539's on my 14" bbs ra's which are going on my mk3 polo lowerd -60, but i have seen people use 195/45 but i think 185's are more commonly used tho. hope that helps
