much better tho lights, i knew they would look good

just sort your coilies!!

when you do fit them, if i was you wind them the whole way down, or at least do that on the front

i know for a fact you wont scrub with those wheels on!

Put The coilovers on :-) Its going another 15mm on the front and il leave the rear as it is,

Alot of you will say go lower but il see how it looks after the fronts have dropped abit

Just went abit lower on the front but iv got it how i want it

Maybe not to everyones taste or uber lowness but it will get dropped a little bit more in the future,

65mm Fronts and 60mm rear for the time being but the front will be going lower

Being recently passed, hows your insurance?

Nice car got a storm grey 1.4 8v, cant wait to pass and then bang out the mods, Coilovers, mk5 rears (full red), rims, clear indicators n sides, spacers; will have to save some dosh for the insurance though probably lol

is that on your own policy 3rd party fire and theft?

mines £1540 as standard (P reg 6n 1.4cl), all I've changed is the lights, not even allowed alloys on my policy.

Yeah it is mate and with Endsleigh, who are you with? Cause iv got vdub alloys and rear lights iv not decleared them

I'm with norwich union...adrian flux found the best deal for me, endsleigh were alright but I've gt unlimited milage and dont really want alloys anyways. Planning on getting some g60 steels:)

Not been on for a while, few updates. Found a local scrapyard with 6/7 polos so iv just been gathering bits

Sorted a de-locked handle for the passenger side.

My headlamp switch was all flakey so got another one of them.

My dash surround had cracks all the way around it,

someone before me had glued them back in place so I bought another one.

Was a bitch to fit, not much difference between pre-98 dash surrounds except the vent switches are abit different.

Had a hole under my heater switches that i couldnt put anything in so i got some electric window switch blanks,

immobliser light and found a cool open air switch to put in.
