Hello - heres an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, which can be found here on ebay...

ebay linky for £68.

This came on the car i'm breaking

and has an adaptor for a mk3 fuel rail. IMG_2135.jpg

So if you can up the fuel pressure, increasing fuel if its running lean or reducing it if you are running twin 40s or something.
