13x7 Ally Cats - Price Reduction

Featured Replies

I really don't want to be doing this but my Ally Cats are for sale

The tyres are not included in the sale. These will be removed before collection

They are 4x100.

They have been painted and lacquered and look great. The finish is not 100% but you would have to get on your hands and knees to see the imperfections. There was some kerb damage round the rim before the repainting was done so it really doesn't look bad. The 3rd picture shows the worst of it.

Also I have 4 centre caps which are in OK condition but could do with a clean up but do the job. One of the caps does have half the clips missing though.

They have been balanced up with weights on the inside and have Sprigot rings for VW.

These have never been used on the road since the re paint and have only been on the car to take a picture.

If you have any questions or want any more detailed pictures please let me know.

If they are still here I can take these to the RR day the end of Jan. I also don't mind diving a small distance to help with collection.

Cheers,

Mark

What are they 13x7's?

  • Author

Yes they are.

Apologies i didnt see the title for some reason unless you ahve jsut edited it maybe. Does anyone know if these would sit under a mk3's arches with the current tyres on and a 60/40 drop? If so i will have them off you Max :)

  • Author

Yeah it said 7x13 in the title instead of 13x7 :)

This is them fitted on a mk3 with 185/60/13 tyres lowered 70mm (I think) So with the lower profile and narrower 175/60's it should be ok. But I don't have a mk3 to try them on.

The picture on the Mk2 is lowered 40mm all round.

They look like they stick out of the arch at the front a bit or was that just the picture angle? scrub much or was it not your car in the pictures. Apologies for the questions.

The Mk3 is not my car. But the tyres in the picture are 185's the tyres that are now fitted are 175's so fit under the arches more. I believe the offset of the wheels are about ET10 but that's not stamped on the wheel its just what I have measured up.

hi do you know if any filler was used on the rim during refurb??...love the wheels but would have to polished for me, so not such an easy job if fillered. 8-)

Hi,

No there was no filler used when I did them.

Mark

Bump Going on ebay on Monday

I don't suppose you'd be interested in swapping the alleycats (without yoko's) for a set of 13 x 5.5 BBS lookalikes?
