can people give me some estimate they get on their Gti polo/lupo at 19???

I'm going to get one at the end of the year. So i want to know how much i'm gonna get stung :(

Not many 19 year old's would be able to afford insurance on a GTI of any sort. so you will be quicker getting a quote online than waiting for someone to tell you what there's is. Which chances are there insurance quote could be completely different anyway.

Yeti is bloody right, why ask us when there are so many online insurance places, moneysupermarket, tesco, gocompare etc etc

iv just got a gti and I turn 18 in 3 days my insurance isn't so bad....

got 1 years no claims tho!

Fair enough, how much where you paying on the GT at 19?

and how long had you already been driving?

My GT was £600 TPFT (Mods declared) at 19, 2 NCB, 3pts.

Its the 2 NCB that does it.

I'm hoping mine drops somewhat when I re-new it. I'm paying 5 times what the car is worth on insurance, its madness. And that's just on a MK3 genesis, with no mods.

at 19 on the GT think it was 125 pound more than the genesis i had, which was about 750 quid

but then i got 3 points :(

that put it up about 100 quid

i started driving at 17, 1st year on mi mums policy

my 9n3 GTi is £1800 at 19 :)

spoilt lol

20, 1 YNCB no mods, £1300 been driving 3 years...........edit.........that was fully comp sorry

Yep it is yeah thats what i thought i was looking at them for ages but thought the insureance was gunna be alot more until i got the quote kwikfit all the way

But i am 24 lol

dnt use online quotes they r shite i saved over £1000 usin the phone lol I'm glad i did in the end :)

cheapest was 2200 online with 0 years ncb on a 1l 6n mods declared lol I'm now payin 1150 mods declared :) thx to endsleigh wen i say i payed it was a crimbo present lol :)
