well last nyt i phoned my insurance to declare all modifcation and the man said that i was down for a female and not male so he said I'm going to put you on hold so i said ok he come back hand said i had to pay anover 385 pounds to be coverd so I'm going to have to take all my mods of and put it back to standerd coz i carnt afford to keep my mods on nw

any body had any of the same problems ?

same happened to me but they wanted 600 more so i cancelled and went somewere else

bull so no and have a go it is their screw up you should not have to pay 4 them messing your insurance up!!! :angry:

no my anty did it for me for me on line and said ms id master lol but its not

When your policy came through did you not check the paperwork?...

no lol coz i gessed it would be all ok coz my anty did it lol oh well there go the rotas or the ronals lol

hard to bear about the muck up with the policy- its a real shame when you find out a miss is actually a mr!

As for your mods- its usually a better idea to ask the insurance for a price before modding.

Two reasons-

1) you dont have to take it all off again if you cant afford it.

2) imagine your an insurance broker... someone rings you and says- 'I'm thinking about modding, how much will it be?' you give them one price. if they ring up and say 'i have already done all this work and really dont wanna take it all off again... how much will it be?' you give them a different price!
