Ok so my crash was december....well 2 crashes..watever

My insurance company send me various letters requesting documents i sent 3 days after my crash, one minute they have them, one minute they dont. Then i have 2 files for the 2 accidents in one day (oh lucky me) so they just arent linking them together when sorting my documents. Then now they send me a letter asking for a sketch...i have no clue for which accident, and how am i supposed to draw my polo spinning?? Answers on a postcard for that

I'm getting annoyed with the whole situation as it was pretty simple what happened, and my car was agreed at £2000 on taking out the policy. And talking to them on the phone i feel like i have to slow everything down and say it twice grrrrrrr.

Finally after months of arguments i get a cheque in the post, i was very excited till i opened it to find £450!! I had an agreed value of £2000.......where the hell did they get that figure....its minus my excess so would be £900 but thats still a bloody joke. I am trying to argue it with them but everytime i call up i get cut off.....God help Customer Services when they get my feedback about how the compnay has dealt with my claim!! NEVER EVER CHOOSE HIGHWAY through Brentacre!!

Ask for a manager / supervisor or get the name of the manager and write a direct letter.

I work for a company that finances insurance and thats the only way to get something sorted properly these days.

was it your fault? i had a van go into the side of me and the company were dragging their heels.

I told them if they didnt get it sorted i would just go to a third party repair company, they would take the car away and give me a hire car the next working day, and at the end of it all, the bill would be massive, and passed on to them.

They gave me a hire car straight away and assessor was out by the end of the week.

no but the other driver drove off so its all my insurance company

Now they are saying my car is illegal and wont pay out because the engineer found mods !!! I have the insurance document stating that every last mod is insured, they say not so.....grrrr.

Never ever go with highway insurance, they are the ultimate joke company!!!

your kidding... to be fair if you have your mods covered they cannot argue.
