Featured Replies

right lads,,just got a 6n rear axle with gti disc and caliper setup on it,,,stripped it all down today to paint the calipers/clean it all up and seeing as mine doesnt have abs I'm trying to remove the abs sensors but having no luck,,this should be easy as I've removed the one securing nut but it seems well stuck in place and will not budge,,,any advice would be great people.

I am not 100% sure if these sensors are the same as the 9n ones, if they are then a pair of plyers to ease them out gently twisting side to side should do it I had abit of trouble removing one that was snapped. you will need a gromet to seal, Personally I would disconnect the leads into each and leave sensor in place.
