anyone fancy another manchester meet at JJB Soccer Dome or Frankie & Bennys by the Quays in Salford

safe we had some good meets last year including a 10 car convoy to dub pres in leeds from frankie and bennys, walshies driveshaft came off the red mk4 and we managed to put salford quays at gridlock with all the convoy cars haha, we made it to the mustard pot in the end after getting lost a fair bit in leeds. damn your crazy little town

They need proper organisation imo, posted on a few different sites, maybe a few flyers handed out etc and it could work, all depends on the organiser (i'm not volunteering here by the way, i don't have the time although i will happily hand a few flyers out).

Sunday JJB meets used to work well... then they became one big fail after another...

plenty of notice and set location are all good for a meet,,but not too much notice that people forget lol..

id be well up for it and theres quite a few leeds bods I'm sure would make the short drive for a decent meet.

id be up for it. we had some meets last year, when they where good they where spot on but most of the time no one turned up.

it was allway new faces and we never really saw many of the old schooler from man union <(not that i no anyone) or any body from nwvag. it was a good group of people but all way got stuck on times, dates and places. all so a i think some kids got board wit standing around talking as they where more in to the hole rude boy cruz ting lol.

id say lets give it a go and see what happens, like i allways say manchesters a big city and its hard to belive that theres no vw meets

Spoke for few mind anyway. Think some thing does need sort like very soon. How about the week after

U.D at a service station or the lowry again was good turn out then.

spoke to a lad on ed38 about a monthly meet they have at krispy kreams. he's started off a forum (might not be the best but hey they seem to have had a go) any way there meets seem to be in place and the lad i spoke to said we could sort sumthing out and meet up if we are up for it.
