thats sweet man, looks tidy inside, but that dent below the grill needs some loving. nice one

cheers dude, the dent needs some work, but tbf that shouldnt be too hard, and the bonnet i might be able to get straight if not I've got one there i can respray for now

The bodywork is outstanding for a vehicle of this age....

....I am however genuinely very sad to report that I had a minor bump

woahh, thats no minor bump, a minor bump is a ding in the door from opening it on a post, not a front ender that bent the bonnet.

i sold my Mk2 Bready with 12months Mot, rust free and straight body work for less than that, i hope the rest of it is MINT to warrant the money.

in all honesty mate, it is all mint, and i mean mint

loads of paper work with it too, and tbh in person the damage really isnt that bad when you see it in person

i debating what to do....

i ahve a 90/80 phil j kit, a badgeless grille, and a headunit which all could go in or on lol

but i want to enter the show and shine at dubfreeze, theres custom and stock catergories

i like the thught of taking a totally original clean example, but i wanna go lower!!!

what should i do???

Just wondering where you got the badgeless grille from? haven't seen ne newer!

  • Author

i got it from venom motorsport

its exactly the same pattern as standard but badgeless!

they were at £90 odd

but i bought the three slat one at £27 and ended up with the one i wanted :D

the badgeless grille is the one in my avatar

Thanks alot mate, reason i couldnt find them was cos theyr under mk3 lol

i know i struggled for a moment there aswell lol

any thoughts on the car and what i should i do?

woah nelly, i wouldnt say thats a minor bump, I've seen minor bumps on the front and that is seriously powned, id be checking your chassis legs are still straight and its gonna be a mare banging that out to the right position.

good luck anyway, looks like a nice base bar that

honestly it really isnt that bad

the chassis legs are straight and look perfect too

it was a van he hit thats why the impact is so high

I've knocked a bumps out before so it shouldnt be too hard really

Don't look to bad the wack, I bet I could wack it out with a hammer :-p apart from that, its in good nick.

cheers dude

there not a mark on the interior, or a=on the bodywork for that matter (other than the obvious)

i want a not cold weekend so i can sor the dent and give the car a good detailiing :)

love to see this caarrazy slammed with some skirts maybe aswell just to make it look bit lower, deep dish borbets and a custom roof maybe metallic black with a fleck in or sumthin.

Sure ull be able to get that bump out with a bit of persuasion and itll look fine!

i reckon the only borbets that will suit this are the Borbet T's.

Get some TH lines, that would look awesome, what ever you get, it has to have a dish on it.
