I've bought a 16v bumper to go on my 8v and i wanted to know if my 8v splitter fits on to the 16v bumper or will i have to get a new one?

also, does anyone know where i could get the grille parts for it or if you know anyone with some for sale?

VW still do the grills and it does fit i think but comes up short you will need a 16v splitter or Mk5 Gti splitter but the latter needs a tiny amount of work to fit !!

get a ibiza gti splitter (i think it is) straight fit and much better

check out the for sales and ebay for the grills as vw are still expensive

ibiza splitter isnt quite a straight fit. I'm mid fitting mine just waiting till i have light,

8v will not fit 16v :) but with a few mods a golf vr6 splitter would and they look pretty good I think

Try Eurocar Parts they do the big centre 1 and the lower 1s on each side.

For some reason they dont do the top 1 on each side which is what I'm after lol

sorry to hijack but just to help if i remember rightly the top 2 grill inserts arent to much from VW give the dealership a ring,

16v grilles just don't exist on ebay!
