Bumpy Johnson!

Got a passenger's side one (driver's got sold tonight :-(). Rust free as it was on a Genesis that didn't have the bonded quarter lights with rubber overlaps that trap water.

I THINK I HAVE A SPARE - WHICH IS A DRIVERS! SO WE MAY HAVE A PAIR FOR YOU! - DONT THINK THEY HAVE RUST ON AS IT WAS FROM A G40 WHICH WAS WELL LOOKED AFTER

will tell stu to get back an read these.

Prob got a couple in the garage. I'll check what state they're in.

Nice one guys, will take what is available and to hand.

Prefer a pair although if Karl and YP have got a pair together first happy to go for that.

Prices posted to Flitwick, Beds please.

I'll grab a pic when I'm up the unit tomorrow as thats where the remnants of the car we broke are. Postage should be circa £3.

karlies deffo got one, hopefully jon has the other tucked away in beruit

Beirut? WTF? You're the one living oop north! Lol. I'll grab em tomorrow and take some pics.

Any update / pics for these boys?

Sorry Stu, was a busy boy and forgot. Hoping to be at the unit in the next couple of days, so I can try a take-two then.

No worries lads, still wanting these as i think my bro's may fall out with rust in the next month.

Drop me a pm when you have pics as i keep forgetting i've posted in here.

I've got 2 drivers side bars. Give me a sec and i'll upload a pic of them.

The one on the left is in better condition. The rusty patches are hidden inside the door so cant be seen but will clean off with some soapy water.

I checked on the condition of mine yesterday, and whilst not rusty its got a dent in it towards one of the edges. It didn't affect window movement on the car. If you're still interested I can get a picture, if that's put you off, no worries!

Thanks guys.

vwmk3jon: will take the best one of yours, i can't tell which one is the "left" one but which ever one is in better nick, less rust. Can clean up and spray before it goes in to rust proof.

karl: if its not too much hassle a pic would be good, might be able to straighten it, long as its relatively rust free.

i'll have a closer look at them later and clean the better of the two up. I can get another pic then if you want?

Call it £5 posted?

Sorry Stu, been busy trying to get one of the fleet an MOT. I'll be back up the unit to wrestle with an exhaust, so I'll try and grab a pic then.

No worries karl. Wack a pic or two up when you get it.

how much you want to pay as there is some in my local scrappy's

cleaned all the other crap off the best one and all thats left is this mark which is where the bar joins the door. Shouldnt be able to see it when in place as its hidden by the window rubber. Theres no rust on any other part of the bar (reason i kept it!)

Jon.

Thank Jon, just replied to your pm.

Bort: Just in need of a passenger side bar now, Willing to pay a fiver for one. Can't see them being worth any more that than really. I guess tenner if its absolutely mint, no marks or rust etc...

Would you be willing to grab one from the scrappy? Crazy thing is the car that they will be going on was bought from Cannock.
